The ICTSI Global Corporate Legal Affairs (GCLA), recently conducted a Terminal Exposure Awareness seminar for Manila Multipurpose Terminal (MMT).
Led by Atty. Mark C. Acoymo, the seminar discussed some of the legal exposure and implications of that may arise from MMT’s daily operations. The seminar also tackled strategies to help mitigate potential legal risks and their ramifications.
Participants came from Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Security, Health and Safety, Human Resources, and Corporate Affairs departments.
