Manila Harbor Center (MHC) is elevating customer experience to the next level with the launch of its Port Interactive Assistant chatbot PORTIA.
 
A new addition to the customer-centric initiatives of MHC, PORTIA was meticulously designed to enhance customers’ overall experience by providing swift responses to inquiries about the terminal’s services, port tour schedule and other related concerns.
 
PORTIA can be accessed by logging into the UPORT client portal at https://myapp.uport.com.ph/myuport and clicking the “Chat with Us” tab at the right bottom corner of the page. Live chat with PORTIA is available from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Manila time.
