MMT boosts operations, medical response with new equipment

Manila Multipurpose Terminal (MMT) has enhanced its operational and emergency response capabilities with the acquisition of new equipment.
 
The terminal recently took delivery of two Hitachi Zaxi 210LC long-reach excavators, outfitted with multiple gear components, to optimize cargo handling. The excavators also feature cab guarding grills for added safety, ensuring greater protection for both equipment and personnel.
 
In addition, MMT has introduced a new ambulance to strengthen its emergency transport service.
 
The company is also expecting the arrival of five new 16-ton forklifts and four mobile hoppers.
